Privacy Policy

  1. Agreement Parties and Validity
    • This agreement is jointly concluded by the buyer and the platform operator (hereinafter referred to as "we"), and applies to all transactions of purchasing simulated animal figurines through the platform.
    • By placing an order, the buyer is deemed to have agreed to this agreement and all rules publicly announced by the platform. If there are any objections to the terms, the buyer should contact the customer service for negotiation before placing an order. No order shall be placed without reaching an agreement through negotiation.
    • We reserve the right to modify this agreement in accordance with changes in laws and regulations or business adjustments. After the modification, it will be publicly announced through the platform. It will come into effect 7 days after the expiration of the public announcement period. The buyer's continued use of the service is deemed as acceptance of the modification.
  2. Buyer's Rights and Obligations
    • The buyer has the right to request us to provide products that meet the description, accurate logistics information, and after-sales service, and can claim rights according to law for product quality issues.
    • The buyer shall not engage in behaviors that disrupt the platform order, such as malicious ordering, coupon brushing, and reselling products. Otherwise, we have the right to cancel the order and freeze the account.
    • Before purchasing blind box products, the buyer has clearly understood the rule of "no return without reason after unpacking" and voluntarily assumes the risk of random styles.
  3. Merchant's Liability and Exemption
    • Ensure that product information (such as material, size, craftsmanship, etc.) is true and accurate, provide clear product pictures and descriptions, and avoid misleading buyers.
    • Since the figurines are handmade, if there are minor defects (such as slight scratches, color deviation) that do not affect the overall appearance and use, they do not belong to quality problems, and return and refund will not be supported.
    • We will not assume liability for compensation for service interruptions or losses caused by force majeure, third - party logistics failures, changes in customs policies, etc., which are not due to our reasons. However, we will make every effort to assist the buyer in reducing losses.
  4. Order Effectiveness and Cancellation
    • The order officially takes effect after the buyer submits the order and completes the payment; orders that have not been paid will be automatically cancelled within 24 hours.
    • For regular products, the buyer can apply to cancel the order within 24 hours after payment (when the product has not been shipped); after paying the deposit for pre - sale products, the order takes effect and the deposit will not be refunded. Failure to pay the balance within the time limit is regarded as giving up the order, and the deposit will not be returned.
    IV. Privacy Policy
  5. Scope of Personal Information Collected
    • Necessary information: Order - related information (name, address, phone number, email), which is used for product delivery, contacting the buyer, and handling after - sales issues.
    • Optional information: Delivery preferences, product reviews, browsing history, which are used to optimize recommendations and service quality. The buyer can choose whether to provide this information independently.
    • For cross - border orders, the last 4 digits of the passport / ID number may be collected, which is only used for customs declaration and strictly complies with the data protection regulations of the destination.
  6. Information Use and Protection
    • Personal information is only used within the following scope: completing transaction delivery, handling after - sales consultations, sending order update notifications, and compliant declaration and customs clearance.
    • We use encryption technology to store personal information, restrict access rights, and do not sell or disclose the buyer's information to third parties (except as required by laws and regulations or with the buyer's consent).
    • If the figurine contains an Internet - connected function, it will comply with the Children's Information Protection Law and GDPR standards, only collect data necessary for the function, not store sensitive information, and requires the consent of the guardian to use.
  7. Information Retention and Deletion
    • Personal information is retained for 3 years after the completion of the transaction for handling potential after - sales disputes; after the retention period expires, it will be automatically anonymized or deleted.
    • The buyer can apply to view, modify personal information through the "Personal Center - Privacy Settings" on the platform, or submit a request for information deletion (identity verification is required), and we will respond within 15 working days.
  8. Third - Party Service Statement
    • The logistics service provider may obtain order delivery information. We have required it to comply with privacy protection obligations and not use it for other purposes.
    • The platform uses third - party payment tools. Payment information is independently processed by the payment service provider, and we do not store complete payment account information.
