- Agreement Parties and Effectiveness
- This agreement is jointly concluded by the buyer and the platform operator (hereinafter referred to as "we") and applies to all transactions of purchasing simulated animal figurines through the platform.
- By placing an order, the buyer is deemed to have agreed to this agreement and all rules publicly announced by the platform. If there are any objections to the terms, the buyer should contact the customer service for negotiation before placing an order. Orders shall not be placed without reaching an agreement through negotiation.
- We reserve the right to modify this agreement in accordance with changes in laws, regulations, or business adjustments. After modification, it will be publicly announced on the platform. It will come into effect 7 days after the expiration of the public announcement. The buyer's continued use of the service is deemed acceptance of the modification.
- Buyer's Rights and Obligations
- The buyer has the right to request us to provide products that meet the description, accurate logistics information, and after - sales service, and can claim rights and interests according to law for product quality issues.
- The buyer shall not engage in acts that disrupt the platform order, such as malicious ordering, fraudulently obtaining discounts, or reselling products. Otherwise, we have the right to cancel the order and freeze the account.
- Before purchasing blind - box products, the buyer is clearly aware of the rule that "no - reason return is not supported after unpacking" and voluntarily assumes the risk of random styles.
- Merchant's Responsibilities and Exemptions
- The merchant shall ensure that product information (such as material, size, craftsmanship, etc.) is true and accurate, provide clear product pictures and descriptions, and avoid misleading the buyer.
- Since figurines are handmade, if there are minor defects (such as slight scratches, color - painting deviations) that do not affect the overall appearance and use, it does not belong to a quality problem, and return and refund are not supported.
- For service interruptions or losses caused by force majeure, third - party logistics failures, changes in customs policies, and other reasons not attributable to us, we will not assume liability for compensation, but will do our best to assist the buyer in reducing losses.
- Order Effectiveness and Cancellation
- The order officially takes effect after the buyer submits the order and completes payment. Unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled within 24 hours.
- For ordinary products, the buyer can apply to cancel the order within 24 hours after payment (in an unshipped state). After the payment of the deposit for pre - sale products, the order takes effect, and the deposit will not be refunded. Failure to pay the balance within the time limit is regarded as giving up the order, and the deposit will not be returned.
